Once the package is prepared, delivery time varies depending on the destination and the type of shipment selected.
Packages sent with Correos España can take from 7 days to 4 weeks to arrive at their destination. Packages sent with Oxperta have an estimated delivery time of 24 to 72 hours (this average is specified in the Checkout section).
All packages are shipped via registered service, so they have a tracking code.
Orders whose package is shipped through Oxperta will receive an SMS message or an email with this information.
For those orders sent through Correos España, you will receive the information through Fairy & Dragon by e-mail.
If delivery is delayed beyond the 4-week time limit, please contact us via @fairyanddragonprints or through our contact page.
We are not responsible in the event that the package is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to pick it up at the post office. In that case, once we receive the returned package, we can resend it if the customer has previously paid for a new shipment.
We do not accept economic or merchandise returns.
